VIOLATORS' ACCOUNT SHALL BE DEACTIVATED WITHOUT WARNING REPORTED TO RELEVANT AUTHORITIES WITH NO REFUND. YOU AGREE TO BE LIABLE OF ALL DAMAGES AND COSTS INCURRED BY CLICKBANK ADWORDS & ADSENSE, ITS ATTORNEYS AND LEGAL FEES AS A RESULT OF SPAM COMPLAIN FROM YOU OR EXPRESSLY PROMOTING YOUR SITE.

SUBSCRIPTION PAYMENTS ARE NOT REFUNDABLE. SBBSRIPTION WILL REMAIN ACTIVE UNTIL THE PAID PERIOD IS OVER AND NO REFUND SHALL BE MADE IF THIS BILLING PERIOD HAS STARTED. IN AN EVENT WHERE YOUR ACCOUNT HAS BEEN DEACTIVATED OR DELETED DUE TO VIOLATION OF ANY OF HEREIN INCLUDED REGUALTIONS, NO REFUNDS SHALL BE MADE. DECISION TO REFUND SUBSCRIPTION PAYMENTS IS AT OUR OWN DISCRETION. A FRANCHISE FEE OF 1,500 DOLLARS IS PAYABLE TO THE OPERATORS UNLESS OTHERWISE SATATED AS IN A SPECIAL OFFER OR PROMOTION. THIS AMOUNT IS NON-REFUNDABLE ONCE THE FRANCHISE ACCOUNT IS SET UP. YOU AGREE TO RECEIVE EMAIL COMMUNICATION FROM CLICKBANK-AD-SENSE WITHOUT HOLDING CLICKBANK ADWORDS & ADSENSE RESPONSIBLE FOR UNSUBSCRIBING YOU FROM GETTING SUCH COMMUNICATIONS. YOU AGREE TO CANCEL YOUR MEMBERSHIP OR STOP EMAIL COMMUNICATION IN YOUR MEMBERS' AREA. ANY TRIAL PERIOD SUBSCRIPTION FEE IS NOT TRANSFERABLE. NO PROMOTION SHALL BE TRANSFERABLE REGARDLESS THE AMOUNT YOU PAID BEFORE. YOU AGREE TO FREQUENTLY READ AND AGREE WITH OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS OR ELSE, OPT OUT OF OUR SYSTEM.
